Silicon Valley start-up is in early marketing stages of initial product launch. Pre IPO opportunity includes high option/equity position. Responsible for leading strategic process including product definition to product launch of power management semiconductor products.

| Requirements |

| Candidate must have proven experience involving key account design wins of power IC products within portable, telecomm and/or computer markets. Prefer technical background in power supply. Power amplifier or backlight products.
BSEE, MBA Preferred.
