| Description |
|
| Responsible for product development, qualification and launch. The scope of responsibility also includes interfacing with design group to understand product designs, being able to lead project team to effectively plan for all aspects of product qualification, and interfacing with backend to resolve issues in product qualification at backend. |

| Requirements |
|
| B.S. or higher in EE. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IC product development, qualification and launch. Must have extensive experience in analog silicon, particularly in portable electronics applications. Must have project management experience, demonstrated ability to lead and execute programs effectively when required, and be a good team player when needed. Should have knowledge in IC design and experience in interfacing with foundry and backend. Individual should be very self-motivated, comfortable resolving problems and capable of making decisions. Individual should also have good communication and interpersonal skills. People managing experience is also desired. |
