|
| New product development from initial design phase to full production release.
Section management, product scheduling, data analysis, yield improvements, cost reduction, full support of existing products.

| Requirements |
|
| 10 yrs minimum experience in the semiconductor industry.
In depth understanding of linear integrated circuits, includes both circuit analysis and test methodology.
BSEE required or MSEE desired
Strong knowledgeable with both CMOS/ BiCMOS and Bipolar process technologies.
Proficient use of statistical data analysis techniques to improve wafer sort yield.
Management experience preferred.
