Description
Positioin located in North California. Position requires 3-5+ years experience selling high tech products with the ability to develop and manage an assigned geographical territory consisting of resellers, VARs and other strategic partners. Candidates must be self-motivated and possess the capabilities to develop and execute sales strategies that maximize the opportunity in their region resulting in increased revenues. The abilities to coordinate and execute marketing programs, customer accounts based penetration, selling and developing of business relationships is required. Must have an understanding of server based computing and be motivated by rewards and recognition.
Requirements
Meet and exceed sales and product objective in territory by effectively utilizing all appropriate resources available. Establish/maintain strong working relationships with local VARs, resellers and partners in assigned territory. Ability to demo and conduct high-level product training working independently from SEs. Ability to apply return on investment analysis to sales situations. Strong presentation and communications skills with the ability to present server based computing solutions. Identify and understand the customer’s needs and promote solutions using products, programs, and services. Identify future needs in order to expand revenue at existing accounts. Proactive establish new contacts and develop/maintain senior level relationships. Ability to work at all levels within the customer organization. Follow-up on all leads to penetrate and close business in a timely fashion.
