| Description |
 |
| Responsible for strategy, marketing and business development. Responsible for developing business relationships, defining product strategy and understanding competitive environment. Firm understanding and ability to accumulate and synthesize market data and formulate and direct product plans and direction. Technical background and the ability to communicate with customers, engineering and industry peers. Candidate will represent company at public events (conferences, industry panels) and will be able to communicate company messages and strategy effectively. Will interface closely with engineering teams, finance and the CEO. |

| Requirements |
 |
| Must have working knowledge of solar energy industry, semiconductors, nanotechnology and thin film technologies. Minimum bachelors technical degree. MBA a plus. Must have at least 4 years of industrial experience, preferably in the photovoltaic/solar or a closely related industry. Requires strong verbal/interpersonal communication skills to exchange technical and/or strategic information and written communication to prepare complex reports and analysis on a regular basis. Requires leading or facilitating meetings, training and presentations with internal staff, investors, board of directors and CEO. Some travel will be required |
