| Description |
|
| Opportunity for a highly motivated “HANDS ON” Manager capable of providing additional support as required to keep projects/deliverables on track. Expert at providing project leadership, from concept through to product release -- to include technical leadership, resources and budget allocation. This person must be able to independently lead an Engineering team in a fast paced, highly technical setting. The successful candidate will have a fundamental understanding of power electronics, controls systems and mechanical engineering. |

| Requirements |
|
| MSEE/MSME with 8-10 years hands on engineering or project management experience. Familiar with modern control system design and have the ability to apply analytical methods to solve design problems. Demonstrated leadership in hi-tech product design, development and high volume production. |
