| Description |

| Our client is a rapidly growing leader in the Solid State Lighting industry. Currently seeking an Applications Engineering Manager to manage and develop a team of FAEs focusing on LED components. Will be responsible for pre and post sales technical support for existing and new customers & applications for LED components. Should have a strong understanding of the selling process and experience directly supporting customers with technical product specification, product selection, system design and manufacturing. Should have a strong understanding of and experience with LED-based systems design including optical, thermal and electrical design elements to assist customers in their application specific LED designs. |

| Requirements |
|
| MSEE or PHD preferred. 10+ years of proven track record managing and supervising application engineers in the Solid State Lighting or Semiconductor industry. Must have strong customer presentation and communications skills. Remote management experience is required. |
