| Provided proactive inputs to the IC development process from a power supply designer perspective with a complete understanding of the system and IC development environment. Provide market perspective about pricing and competition to the company management. Advise and communicate to IC development and test teams on system related issues. Take up complete IC evaluation. Provide solutions to address major system related challenges. Design power supply demo boards around the ICs developed. We have so far designed 4 versions of demo board. Devise and run performance tests on the silicon to simulate working conditions and document results. Run worst-case analysis under various conditions for the power supply to understand the IC behavior on the bench. Simulate and Document technical analysis using Spice and MathCAD. Authored and reviewed data sheets from scratch including the layout design. |

| Requirements |
 |
| BS, MSEE with 5+ years experience working directly with power management IC manufactures in specifying product and next generation architecture of IC’s. Top industry compensation, stock options, bonus etc. |
