| Description |
 |
| Manage a new product development program (or projects) from concept through new product introduction. Own product definition, program schedule, and program plans. Lead a cross-functional team to execute program plans through the design process. Initiate all program, design, cost, WCA, FMEA, DFA/DFM, etc. reviews. Responsible for coordinating on-time development, manufacture, and delivery or quality products to market. Responsible for performance reviews in partnership with managers and/or chief engineers. Analyze customer, regulatory, manufacturing specs to design, analyze, prototype, test, and document new analog and digital circuits to develop product. Analyze new designs using SPICE or other tools necessary to perform worse case analysis and FMEA, as necessary. |

| Requirements |
 |
| BSEE degree, advance degree preferred; experience in project management, basic financial, and people management appropriate for position. Minimum 5 to 8 years in the design of power electronics and analog circuits; 3 to 5 year of program management, including leading a team of technical people. Excellent leadership, communications, listing, conflict management and interpersonal skills; good analytical problem solving and organizational skills. |
