Individual should be capable of developing specifications, cost, schedule, and resource requirements for power system architecture and board level DC/DC converters circuits design. Technical design and verification experience in the following areas is required: low to mid power, mid to high frequency DC/DC converters; modern topologies and regulation techniques, high reliability circuitry; magnetics (transformers and inductors); familiarity with radiation effects on electronics related to the space environment, providing direction to PCB designers, and working within an IPT environment with other disciplines such as Electronics Packaging, Parts, Reliability, Production, Quality Assurance. Requires strong written and verbal communications skills. |
