| Description |
|
| The designer must be able to design using various topologies and techniques to achieve high power density, high reliability, rugged, manufacturable power supplies for military of heavy industrial applications. He or she will have demonstrated abilities in Switch-Mode power supply design, P-spice and similar analysis tools, along with experience in power packaging and layout. |

| Requirements |
|
| Designers must have a minimum of 5 years experience in power supply design with BSEE or equivalent additional applicable experience.
Go from a customer spec. to a final design.
Have several previous successfully power packaged circuit designs that can be used as a reference for new designs.
Perform circuit simulation using software such as Pspice or Microcap on those sections of the design that need it.
