| Privately held, industry leading company is on an aggressive growth path and seeks a proven performer to help.
Develop overall architecture of as well as lead team of technical and non-technical individual contributors in the development lead-acid battery chargers. Responsible for technical specification, product architecture, design reviews, and assurance of effective system integration to meet technical specification. Effectively managed work outside technical contractors and contract electronics manufactured (OEMs). Interface on a daily basis with team members to ensure proper detailed design. Ensure proper and effective project completion including documentation, transition to manufacturing and product release. Performed technical and business – level feasibility and cost analysis of potential new advanced technology battery chargers. Design and lead experiments and tests that will answer both technical and business-related questions with regard to projects.

| Requirements |
|
| Power electronics, analog and digital electronics, electronic systems architecture incorporating hardware and software (embedded controls), electronics manufacturing, agency requirements, projects management, systems integration, details of electronic product commercialization. Experience managing technical people. Successful track record working with contract electronics manufacturers. Plusses: Battery charger, inverter design, battery charging methods. BSEE or applicable technical credential. 10 years minimum professional experience. 3 years minimum technical program or project management. |
